Hey Phoenixville,
I hope you all had a great week, and if you didn't, here is to hoping this next one is better. I missed First Friday last week because I was down in Atlantic City for Phish. I also ended up seeing a cover band featuring most of the members of Dogs In A Pile, who coincidentally are playing a double header in KOP this Friday and Saturday.
The rest of the weekend lineup is also heavy on live music, with plenty of shows scattered up and down Bridge Street. As we get deeper into October, the seasonal events are starting to pick up too. You can catch Ryan Conroy's haunted history walks midweek or take the kids out to Collegeville for Pumpkin Fest on Saturday morning. Grab a coffee and take a look at everything going on around town over the next few days.
Here's what's happening.
Featured Event
Spend your Sunday supporting a great cause at Twelve78. Head over between noon and 6 PM to benefit Home At Last Dog Rescue and try two brand new beers. The Who Rescued Who (a hazy IPA) and Dobre Piwo Grodziskie (a Polish oak-smoked wheat beer).
Adoptable dogs and puppies will be on-site from 1 to 3 PM, alongside fresh pierogi from Poppy Ski’s and flash tattoos by Blooming Beauty Studio.
The taproom is dog-friendly inside and out, so feel free to bring your own pup along for the afternoon.
