Hey Phoenixville,
This is the week we have beautiful week ahead. The Dogwood Festival is finishing up in Reeves Park now through Saturday, and the rest of the borough is showing up right alongside it. Live music almost every night, an independent film premiere at the Colonial, a Pearl Jam tribute, an avant-garde guitar legend midweek, and a huge community fundraiser at Open Hearth on Wednesday.
It is also worth pointing out that Saturday is going to be a long, full day in town. Farmers Market in the morning, parade in the early afternoon, festival into the night. If you have been meaning to stay local and skip the drive into Philly, this is the weekend to do it.
Let’s get into it

Business Spotlight
The Boardroom sits right on Bridge Street in downtown Phoenixville, opened by Pat and Kate to bring something fresh to our town. The space has a relaxed, welcoming feel, and the food and drinks gives you a real reason to come back. It's become a favorite for locals who want a solid meal without any fuss.
I like to spend my Mondays here because that's when $1 oysters hit the menu. The bar leans on a partnership with Boardroom Spirits out of Lansdale, so expect classic cocktails and seasonal house recipes. Lunch and dinner run Monday through Saturday, with Sunday brunch and supper to round out the week.
