Hey Phoenixville,
March has shown up. I don’t always change my clocks, but when I do, I prefer springing forward!
This week has a little bit of everything. A free concert at the Colonial, an Irish music group celebrating their 30th year, and three local standouts will be performing. The middle school has a production this weekend. Plus a few low key wins scattered throughout the week if you just want to get out of the house without overthinking it.
Here's what's happening.
Featured Event
You know those Steel City open mic nights? Turns out they've been quietly showcasing some real talent. On Saturday, March 7th at 7 PM, three of those standouts, Matt Cooper, Sam Foreman, and Asher Mieloch will be performing, and it's worth showing up for. They will be playing both originals and covers. Happy hour runs from 4–6 PM if you want to settle in early. The show starts at 7 PM.

Am I the only one that likes surfing real estate sites? Right now, this is the highest priced listing in Phoenixville that’s on Redfin. Big space, nice finishes, and closer to town than you'd expect for a property like this. Check it out here. (Photo Credit: Redfin Listing Photo, this isn’t sponsored, I just like real estate)
