Hey Phoenixville,
Sun's out, events out. That's what I always say.
Friday kicks off with First Fridays for June. There is also Quizzo for LGBT Equality Alliance of Chester County at Steel City and live music at Molly's. Saturday is the big one. The Farmers Market is back, Phoenix Wheel is cutting the ribbon on Bridge Street, and of course Inside Out
The rest of the week keeps the momentum going with yoga, book club, trivia nights, and movie night at the library on Thursday. A little something for everyone.
Here's what's happening.

Business Spotlight: Highland Orchards
I pulled into Highland Orchards last Saturday expecting a quiet afternoon and got something way better. I hadn't been there in a while, and the place still delivers. Then I noticed the dogs. Lots of dogs. Turns out I'd stumbled into Newfapalooza, with nearly 100 Newfoundlands and their owners taking over the orchard.
For those who may be new to the area, Highland Orchards is a family run farm that has been a Chester County favorite for generations. The farm market is stocked with fresh local produce, and the bakery turns out their famous "Best of Philly" apple cider donuts along with fresh baked pies. You can also pick your own apples, strawberries, and pumpkins depending on the season.
The Levante Beer Garden is open Saturdays and Sundays with craft beer on tap, food trucks, and a laid back atmosphere where kids and leashed dogs are welcome.
Real Estate Spotlight
Hey y’all, I love this Charlestown Road home in Phoenixville that I found on Redfin, and I love it! This charming 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home offers 1,122 square feet of cozy living space with classic character dating back to 1900. It's a great opportunity to own a piece of local history in a sought-after Chester County setting, close to schools, shops, and everything Phoenixville has to offer.
