How are you all handling the heat? I don't know about you, but I have been spending as much time as I can on the water this week.
Phoenixville's Independence Day Celebration takes over the Rec Center with food trucks, a DJ, and fireworks after dark. Unfortunately, Inside Out is canceled because of the heat, but there is still plenty to do.
Here's what's happening.
Featured Event
The borough's Independence Day Celebration starts at 5 PM at the Phoenixville Recreation Center on Franklin Avenue. Expect a community dance party with DJ The Spin Therapist, dinner from a fleet of local food trucks, and a fireworks display that goes off right after.
You can watch from Friendship Field or from Reservoir Park. Bring lawn chairs and blankets.
