Hey Phoenixville,
How are you all handling the heat? I don't know about you, but I have been spending as much time as I can on the water this week.
Phoenixville's Independence Day Celebration takes over the Rec Center with food trucks, a DJ, and fireworks after dark. Unfortunately, Inside Out is canceled because of the heat, but there is still plenty to do.
Here's what's happening.
Featured Event
The borough's Independence Day Celebration starts at 5 PM at the Phoenixville Recreation Center on Franklin Avenue. Expect a community dance party with DJ The Spin Therapist, dinner from a fleet of local food trucks, and a fireworks display that goes off right after.
You can watch from Friendship Field or from Reservoir Park. Bring lawn chairs and blankets.

Real Estate Spotlight
Set on a quiet street in Phoenixville Borough, 43 Oak Street keeps things simple and livable. This two bedroom home adds a flexible loft, an updated kitchen, and great natural light throughout. Out back, a fenced yard offers a raised deck, fire pit, and plenty of green space. Four off-street parking spots and a short walk to downtown seal the deal.

The Last Time Stocks Were This Expensive Was December 1999.

The Shiller CAPE ratio just hit 42.3. The only time in 140 years it's been higher? December 1999.
Stocks can stay expensive for a long time...
It’s one metric to consider, but when your portfolio is built around the most expensive equities in modern history, what else you diversify with could really matter.
Blue-chip contemporary and post war art has shown near-zero correlation with the S&P since 1995.* Prices are largely driven by private collectors competing for a fixed supply of artwork by artists like Banksy, Basquiat, and Picasso.
